Consent for Processing Personal Data: I hereby grant Repair Corner the right to collect, use, and process my personal data for the purpose of effective operation and provision of the best possible services. I authorize Repair Corner to utilize my personal data to communicate with me via email, phone, and written messages. I acknowledge that Repair Corner will retain my personal data in its system indefinitely to track the history of my repairs and associated warranties. I also authorize Repair Corner to share my data with partners and affiliates for any reason related to my repair. I understand that I have the right to request Repair Corner to provide me with a copy of my personal data, and I retain the right to request Repair Corner to delete my personal data from its database at any time.
Diagnostic Fee Acceptance: I accept the minimum charge of twenty (20.00 лв), corresponding to the time a technician will spend inspecting my device to accurately determine the fault and the final cost thereof. This charge will only apply if I do not proceed with the repair of my device or if my device is deemed unrepairable. Should I proceed with the repair, I will only be charged for the cost of the repair itself.
Data Responsibility: I acknowledge that it is solely my responsibility to back up all data and/or information on the device before delivering it for repair. I release Repair Corner from any liability for potential loss of part or all of such data and/or information.
Repair Warranty: I accept that the warranty for repairs by Repair Corner covers ONLY the replaced or repaired parts in my device. I release Repair Corner from liability for any potential damage to other parts that may develop a fault in the future. I also acknowledge that this warranty does NOT cover new damages due to water or other liquids, a broken screen, back cover of my device, or any other form of damage caused after the initial repair. Additionally, I agree that Repair Corner places a warranty sticker inside my device, and tampering with this sticker renders the device’s warranty void.
Device Abandonment Policy: I agree that if my device remains at one of Repair Corner’s stores for more than 90 days from the date of its registration receipt, it will be considered abandoned, and may either be recycled or sold to cover the costs of its repair. In such case, I release Repair Corner from any liability for the loss of the device or its data.
Manufacturer’s Warranty Voidance: I acknowledge that by submitting my device for repair at one of Repair Corner’s stores, the manufacturer’s warranty may be voided. Therefore, I release Repair Corner from any liability for the voidance of the manufacturer’s warranty due to repair or attempted repair by Repair Corner.
Liability for Future Damages: I acknowledge that my device has suffered physical damage and may develop new issues after repair due to the nature of electronic devices. Therefore, I do not hold Repair Corner responsible for any future damages. Furthermore, I accept that Repair Corner’s maximum liability related to the repair of my device is limited to the total amount paid for the repair, and Repair Corner bears no responsibility for indirect or future damages.
Water Damage Warranty: I accept that if my device has water damage or any other physical damage, it will be accompanied by a 180-day warranty from the day of its repair, covering ONLY the specific new or refurbished part or labor. Due to the possibility of gradual corrosion, I release Repair Corner from any liability for further damages that may occur after the repair. If such damages arise within the 180-day warranty period and I opt not to repair them, Repair Corner will refund the initial repair cost, minus the diagnostic fee. In this case, Repair Corner will remove the parts used for the repair, and if restoration is not possible, the device will be returned in a non-functional state.
Device Condition Acknowledgment: I accept and authorize Repair Corner to send my device to a partner company for further diagnosis and specialized repair, if necessary. I understand that such shipment will be carried out by reputable courier companies, and I release Repair Corner from any responsibility for delays.
